Jessica & Raymond Wedding
The beautiful love story of Jessica and Raymond, living in the United States with Filipino/Chinese background, is a shining example of the joy found in a multicultural union. After getting legally married in Las Vegas, this super charismatic couple decided to celebrate their perfect wedding in Tuscany.
They contacted me after choosing their wedding venue and then they completely trusted me to organize all the other details of their marriage even though we never saw each other in person until their wedding day.
When the wedding day came, before walking down the aisle, to release the stress before the ceremony, the bridesmaids started to sing “A Thousand Years” and they created an emotional and joyful atmosphere.
They decide to do the ceremony in the beautiful lower garden of the Villa. To decorate the area we opted for a beautiful light palette for the flowers: forest green, sage, light blue, yellow and blush. The result really complimented the already beautiful garden.

This couple decided to create a little booklet for guests where they could find the order of ceremony, a recap of the entire event as well as two games: bingo and trivia. Such a nice and different way to entertain guests.
The wedding was a really unique and fun, with the bride and groom never losing their calm and charisma and letting themselves be carried away by the joy of the day.
ARE YOU DREAMING OF GETTING MARRIED IN ITALY BUT YOU DON’T HAVE TIME TO VISIT BEFORE YOUR WEDDING?
Although all the planning was done remotely, without ever meeting in person, the event was incredibly fluid and well organized. For example you might be wondering how they chose the dishes on their menu if they have never tried them before. The catering was really collaborative and shared pictures of many of their dishes with the couple and together with my knowledge, after many tastings in the last 14 years of this job, I was able to direct them to the choice that later turned out to be right one for them. In this case involving high-level suppliers is crucial!
HOW TO SAVE BUDGET ON THE FLOWERS ON THE WEDDING DAY?
Another essential vendor was the florist: Barbara from NeroFiore. She fully satisfied their vision and, since they didn’t want to waste many flowers, and didn’t want to spend so much she suggested repurposing the flower arrangement from the ceremony to use on the dinner table. If your florist is willing to make this extra work and the flowers chosen are suitable for being repurpose you can choose this option to avoid unnecessary waste. The result turned out amazing!
The climate during the wedding was amazing, the bride even made a speech to me during the dinner to thank me with affection for all the work done as well as thanking every single supplier for their work. It was such a lovely gesture!
DO YOU WANT TO PLAY A SONG WHILE CUTTING THE CAKE?
One of the funniest moments of the evening was definitely the cutting of the cake, accompanied by the song “Danza Kuduro”, which made everyone dance and set the tone for the after dinner party. This song was perfect for their charisma but feel free to use whichever song most represents you and your style to make you moment memorable.
It was really exciting to see the couple give their best in dancing and celebrating together with family and friends on such a special day.
In conclusion, the marriage of this couple was a real success, thanks to the hard work and commitment of all the suppliers involved. The joy and love that was breathed during the whole event were the perfect testimony of how if you have a skilled wedding planner you can let her organize a memorable wedding day without worrying about anything.
It's a pleasure to work with couples who rely completely on me and my experience in this field. Also the wedding day itself can be a very tiring work day, but when the newlyweds are relaxed and fun as they were, days pass in the blink of an eye. This always pays off all my efforts.
